Issue #1
Lately my car has not been running at its best, When I start the car it seems to have problems idling, idling surges between 600 to 1500 RPM.
I do have an "Check Engine" light on, I plugged in my OBD-II Scan Tool, And came up with the following code (P0102 - Mass Air Flow (MAF) Circuit Low Input). Also while doing about 100KMph and i let go of the gas the RPM bouces between 1000 and 2500.
Issue #2
While going down hill I have a habit of shifting my car into neutral, But if I stop at the bottom of that hill due to a stop or intersection and my car is still in neutral, The car RPM bounces between 500 and 2000 and sometimes it even stalls.

My coolant light has been on for quite a while now, but when I check the coolant it seem to be topped up, Maybe a sensor ?
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
