If it isn't worth it, then why waste any money on it at all?

I've got 2 1/2 pipe from the y-back. All stock except for that. At idle it has a good growl. It cost me $75. It's loud enough to make a point, but not obnoxious.

No, I had them removed and the piping all the way out the back with stock tips on it.

To the op. I put the glass pack res with the stock mufflers on mine. At first I didn't like it. I wanted it to be louder, but over time it has gotten a bit louder, I'm assuming the glass pack is getting "broken in" so to speak and it sounds great. Nice little burble at idle and a nice rasp at wot and down shifting. It has grown on me I guess

OP, it's a GP. People have spent billions trying to get them to sound good. It's not going to happen to be loud and good. Sorry man
