I've never been by there, but by their site alone, they are crap. Of all the rolling pictures, nothing impressed me. You'd be better off trailering the car to West Coast Customs and at least getting the name brand ghetto flavor with it.
The safely modding thread is what you need to follow, research is cheap and beneficial and knowledge is something you can't put a price on. Most of everything in that thread can be done by anyone who can follow directions and has basic tools. Granted some require torque wrenches and such, but doing it yourself is SOOOO much better. Whether they look legit or not, how do you know they can do the work? You need to find a place that can properly tune after they do the changes, dyno or driven, and they need to know what steps to follow. You could tell them you want it faster, but when they do headers, K&N intake, and a 3.0 pulley, with no tune and let you leave with a $1000+ bill, you will be SOL when the pistons get chipped because they did it wrong.
