When it idles you can obviously tell it isn't very smooth, a bit choppy. When im driving about 40 and slam on the gas, i basically don't move ahead at all my car just studders and lags in the same place. You can especially tell when the supercharger is whining, its not a constant pitch and you can tell its lagging or something. I honestly don't know how to describe this. Could it be an exhaust leak? I do hear more exhaust coming from the side of the car then the back.

i would have to think the knock sensor is throwing a code, so its shutting your car down when you get on it.

see if you can check your wires or that the plugs are still on, i believe the rear one is a pita to get to the trans kinda blocks it.

Might be hard to tell, it wasn't as bad this time i guess just try to listen close.

    video-2012-03-27-11-21-38.3gp - YouTube

Also, the SECOND i stopped that video, the SES light did start blinking, and lasted about 20 seconds until it went back to staying constantly lit.

This car has caused me nothing but problems.

Fix your knock sensor problem. Look to see if they are unplugged or if wires are broken.

If you havent chagned the plugs and wires ever, it would be a good idea to do that. Blinking SES means misfires/ catalyst damage.

My car "fluttered" after about half throttle and I replaced the upstream o2 sensor...fixed it right up. I also had a cyl 3 misfire and an Idle low/high code...Might still need and IAC

Where is the knock sensor even located? And what spark plugs and wire are worth my time? Something long lasting i can rely on.

stick your face under that car from the front.

look up under the manifold/head it'll be next to the oil pan. the other one is on the opposite side in the same spot.

Ac delco wires with either stock ac delco plugs or autolite 606's copper cores. Your pick, the coppers will only last 15k miles, they are cheaper and the car loves em, but again, they dont last the 75k-100k like AC delco plugs.

Stock GM Iridium, Autolite XP606 Iridium, or whatever the NGK equivalent is. They're all the same price and all last 100,000miles.
Buy store brand $30 lifetime warranty plug wires.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

If your not going to mod a lot get iridium plugs. If you are gonna mod quite a bit get copper.
