I am trying to find out where this leak is coming from the places that i already have veirfied that it is not leaking from are
    A. Oil Pan Gasket
    B. Valve Cover Gasket
    c. Anything that is in the block or oil pan

*Now a few months back ago a shop skipped over the front seal, and i went back and told them to fix it so they did and now all the sudden it is starting to leak under my car again ?? maybe they didn't fix it right ?? or at all just did a quick fix.

Well i washed the underbody so that i could find out where the leak is coming from so here is a few pics of where it is coming down from and maybe someone on here can help me out

This looks like it is on the back side of the passenger side of the engine? Is that correct? If so, I am thinking Oil Pressure Sending Unit.

But could be front main seal. If that is the case, take it back to the monkeys that was supposed to fix it before.

Leaks can suck to find, but if you trace it, using gravity as your guide, you can find it easily.

In your case, I would say you need to check the oil filter elbow where it bolts to the front engine cover very well. It could be cracked/damaged or your sender is leaking by etc.

me and gravity aren't getting along right now checked the oil filter elbow where it bolts to the front engine cover very well along with the sender, both clean as can be. A little update that i forgot to add it does it while just sitting, but i am pretty sure that could have been a given and i am oped to say that it would have to be the front main because i have already lost probably quarter of a quart...

valve cover maybe? i just found this out... the whole rear part of the block is covered in oil also and here are a few pics not the best but it is hard to take a good picture with a DP in the way

but i didn't think that a vale cover could just leak out like that

Valve cover was my first thought actually. But you said you had ruled it out:

I am trying to find out where this leak is coming from the places that i already have veirfied that it is not leaking from are
    A. Oil Pan Gasket
    B. Valve Cover Gasket
    c. Anything that is in the block or oil pan
How did you "verify" previously that it was not leaking here? Because it looks like it is. And yes, they can leak pretty aggressively if bad.

Regardless...you need to change the valve cover gasket, and clean the area well after your done.

I would take it to a power washer and get all the oil off you can.

If your loosing THAT much oil then thats a pretty big leak.

If it were your front main seal, then your balancer would be throwing oil as the engine runs, regardless if it only leaks when sitting. Some would still get on it.

If you think its the front main seal, then reach up and feel behind the balancer, if its really wet, then you may be onto something.

I have seen valve covers leak, but never THAT bad where you loose as much oil as you say you are.

It still might not hurt to pull the balancer to inspect it if all else fails. Are all of the bolts in the oil pan on that side of the engine? There should be 3 that hold the pan to the front cover. you can check by running your fingers along the edge of the pan to feel for them.

The rear can be a total pain. Sometimes when you take the cover off, it immediately drops down the backside of the head on that back side. Some of it should still be stuck in the cover though.....but if you don't have a gasket, it'll leak like a sieve.

It could also be so compressed that you don't feel it. If it wasn't there, you would feel the .25" groove around the valve cover.

If the gasket were in there, even compressed you should feel it. It sounds like someone neglected to put one in. Could have started a fire for one thing.

A shop works on your car, they were back there messing around and had the cover off, you now have a leak, there is no gasket...

    I'd be pissed.

well it was the valve cover gasket FTW, it was on there just not all there. And the bolts to the cover werent even tight, so i fixed the problems and now i am back to leak free.
