ZZPerformance - Oil Volume Kit #ZZ-OILVKIT

Where exactly is that relief spring? Is it behind the oil filter pick up housing?

I have a feeling the guy left this out when putting the engine back together, along with reusing the gasket to the housing, causing a nasty oil leak

If you pull the 4 13mm bolts for the housing of the oil filter adapter, the plunger face should be looking at you. The spring will be sitting between (in) the plunger and the timing cover.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
