heater core 2005 pontiac grand prix

any one know how to replace the heater core in a 2005 pontiac grand prix?
is there an excess panel to the heater core?
do you have to take the top half of the dash off?
please help

search around the forums, (how to maybe) someone just did one and posted up pics a month or so ago.


i do know that the console needs to come out, and then start removing all the small bolts around the bottom center of the black box thats under the center of the dash, the dash stays put. but there are a few layers of crap you must get through to remove the core.

search is the magnifying glass in the top center of your screen. scroll all the way up.
