    How hard of a job is this? I took the lines off the heater core and blew it out with a compressor hoping it was just clogged. Seems to heat a little better but I still think its clogged. Anyone have details on installing this.? Thank you!

    air compressor? You might also try using a garden hose, water's a little more dense, i bet you'd get a little better results with that. Replacing a heater core is a real chore.
