hey guys , im going to be picking up a set of 42.5 lb injectors from a guy that i bought my gtp from wen. Im kind of new to modding fuel injected motors (yea ima noob) , what kind of changes should i expect as far as performance, mpg, ect after the car is tuned and all? My stock injectors are currently "maxxed out"

My mods: Smaller Pully For SC
    Ceramic coated headers,
    no cat downpipe,
    3in back to dual flowmaster,
    tuned ,
    Cold air intake.

how much smaller pulley do you have? Seems like you don't have enough mods to max the injectors out.

04 Comp G zzp stb's, UMI ta's, Speedbuilt sways, bully flo heads, XP, zzp headers, fsic, thrasher shift kit, 60#, 2.6" corsa 2.5", Inferno hood

    96 Firebird Formula - T-tops and exhaust leak. 14.26 @ 97.8 - sold
2008 Chevrolet Cobalt SS - stock, in all of it's turbocharged awesomeness

Whats you injector duty cycle at WOT???

That will kinda tell you if you're maxing your stock injectors or not. And yes, you need a tuner to figure this out.

I bet you are only using ~60% because you arent cammed or even intercooled.

^this... Probably why he's only getting 13.8 mpg in the other thread. I've only lost about 2 mpg from a bad O2 sensor when the code shows. But will see once the pulley size and mods are listed. If it doesn't say the pulley size, just measure the diameter. Is he selling you the 42.5lb injectors, or is he giving them to you since you bought the car from him?

You don't need those until you drop pulley size below 3.4". 3.2" maybe? Anyway, you'd need at least rockers and an intercooler to go that low. Or a cam. So this is a non-issue. What you need is a good tune.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

Right now its 3.3, And i also have a 3.2 but obviously not on the car. @SloNA06 my car is intercooled, the guy dropped those injectors off and the other pully today for me, He is going to email me a Detailed list of all the mods done and i will throw that up on here. The car was tuned by zzp i figured that out today. He also said when they went to the no cat system they dropped one o2 sensor, i have to look and see what one was removed. How could i get this code to go away if the o2 sensor is not there?

From what I've seen, generally, Intercooler and headers = 3.4. Maybe you gots rockers?

On my previous GTP I didn't max my injectors untill i hit a 3.0 pulley and that was with 1.9's

Have you scanned your car? We need to know what your IDC is.

So you know for a fact the injectors are maxed or are you going off what the previous owner told you?
