    Looking to make some fuel rails for an upcoming IC project. I wasnt to just cut up some stock l67 rails and ad some stainless steel lines. Pretty much like these from ZZP
    ZZPerformance - Modified Fuel Rails #09-01-00534

    Much rather do it myself and save some pennies. So What kind of fittings and line would I need to do this, like sizes and such? I read bills thread about stainless fuel lines but that seemed a little different than what im trying to do lol
    Open cone, SSAC headers, cat delete, 8.5 MSD wires, 3.4 zzp mps, 180*, 104's, ported blower, DHP canned tune, 19" XXR 962s, DNA springs.

    I would also like to know this information for a series 3 fuel rail if there's any differences.

    Yea I was gonna ask that too lol Because id rather use the series 3 just because they look better imo

    I think you'd have to convert your whole fuel system to be returnless.

    I guess it wouldn't be too bad if you could find an 04+ in a junkyard.

    The smaller return line is 5/16th's and the bigger line is 3/8th's, you can get the compression AN fittings and make your own lines.

    Or if you can weld... Here's a set I made and did a complete AN conversion

    Thats pretty much exaclty what im lookin ti do. Those look great!! But ill have to use l67 rails for the return to work correct? How do the fittings attach to the rails, do they have to be welded?

    They are compression fittings, or you can have welded fittings.

    Most of the fittings I've looked at weren't rated high enough according to Matt5112.

    Ok I wasnt sure what those were but I found out lol. Hm theres gotta be something out there rated high enough. How much pressure do they have to hold?

    I think he said something like 2-300 and the ones I've found are for "low pressure fuel systems" and rated around 100.

    I've pressure tested tested my whole setup underwater up to 140 psi with no leaks... Just saying

    Compression fitting... -6 AN to 5/16 and -6 AN to 3/8 x3, so I have 4 compression fittings. Ordered from summit. They seemed to be the cheapest for AN stuff. But it's still pretty expensive.

    Ok, and you dont have the return because your l32 swapped correct? Any idea what would have to be done different on some l67 ones?

    It an l32 in a 98 so I kept the 98 fuel system like everyone does

    He has a return on his setup. See the regulator.

    I was told the Earl/Summit fittings were only good to about 60psi, can't find any specs on them though.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    I know a local here did the writeup on the AN line conversion with the compression fittings an he's had his done for more than a few years I think with no issues too. And mines has been fine almost a month now. He had tried to double flare his lines but our line has a seam on the inside which will prevent you from being able to make any good flare setups that won't leak right off the bat. So either compression or weld/braze on ones.
