I'm really short on money, have been since i got the car, and I'd much rather change the coupler myself than pay someone more then i should for it. I don't have too much under the hood experience, but I could probably follow a guide. I'm just wondering how difficult it actually is, and what are my chances of messing something up cause of my lack of skill. I have the oil and coupler ready.

It's pretty easy if you can turn things counter clock wise...you can take them off. Clockwise..you can tighten them back down.

I'm not being sarcastic. People ask me how I do most of what I do. It really comes down to confidence. Give yourself a little and you can do this.

It's a few 10mm bolts. Some smelly oil and a green ring with 6 holes in it.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

15mm wrench (I think) on the tensioner pulley, first pulley to the right of the supercharger pulley. rotate the bolt on the pulley, 1 way will loosen the bolt, the other way will rotate the tensioner, take belt off.
Then follow this guide and you will be fine.

How to replace an M90 snout coupler without removing the entire blower

As Bill said, its all about confidence, learning process is key, we all had to start somewhere.

EDIT**** OMG GRAB SOME LATEX GLOVES!!! if you haven't ever changed the Supercharger Fluid, you will not want to get it on your hands... It will soak in and your hands will stink for days. Learn from my fail.
