So, my buddy and I changed the plugs in my car last weekend. We moved the dog bones out and rolled the engine forward to do the change. After and during the change a few things happened that I noticed. One is that tranny lines started leaking during the change. The one going straight up into the tranny was actually dripping pretty good during the change but has seemed to stop mostly. I noticed it was a bit wet today when I crawled underneath it the car. I am assuming its the O rings but i have not pulled them out to see if the fittings got damaged when we rolled the engine.
My second issue is that one morning after the change I went out and started the car up to leave. I put it in reverse and noticed a thunk going into reverse from park and then from reverse to a forward gear. Same thing from a forward gear to reverse. So I put the car up on some rhino ramps and had my girlfriend run it through the gears while i was under it. I thought for sure it was a mount but the noise does not appear at all to be coming from the mount. I noticed that(and i could be wrong) but when I heard it the driver side axle moved a bit and the noise seemed to come from that area of the axle going into the transmission.
Any ideas? its 2007 with all original parts except and almost 91k miles.
