    i was driving home perfectly fine.. ran outta gas so i got some from aaa then i started my car and there was a loud snap/bang sound.. it started up fine thou.. drove it home just fine except i had no power steering wich was kinda odd.. got home.. popped the hood.. found my ac compressor bypass pulley sitting on the sub frame.. and my belt all twisted up but still intact.. WERE CAN I FIND ANOTHER BRACKET?????

    Does the pulley still spin?
    Did yours make a squeaky-squeaky.......squeaky-squeaky sound? Mine does on almost every cold start, but goes away within ~5miles. It has done this since install.
    Its just a car.......with rust and dreams for the future!!!!

    It spins perfectly. No noises or anything. I don't get how I can snap that part like that. Will beating on the car few that? Prolly a stupid question but I dew beat on the car every chane I get..

    just one question....you started it and heard the sound...that would be reason 1 to check under the hood...if that wasnt enough...no power steering would have been number 2 as to why not pop the hood. lol
