Nope, unless you like having a list of stuff in your sig...

Plus, it's not going to cool, jack ****, especially if you've got a blower.

If you don't have the coolant blocked off at the LIM, it's a coolant leak or hydrolock waiting to happen. There's no positive benefit from it.

Save yourself some time and effort, dump coolant into your throttle body, swear and scream if your motor survives then trash talk the spacer.

when you say block it at the LIM are you saying the port where coolant goes to the blower? where you tap and put screws in.... or are you saying at the head side of the LIM? :-X on a side note... i was reading an engine master magazine... saw something on some V8's called an exhaust cross over... do we have those? please say no

I could say no...and I'd be lying. The cross over is right under the TB.

As for blocking. Yes at the ports with headless screws. Like in the "how to mod a lim" thread.

Why would the tb spacer cause a coolant leak?

It doesn't cause a "leak" per-say unless you can't install it correctly.

The coolant ISSUE is there are passages in the throttle body that help cool the rear cylinder head...and the TB spacer blocks off those ports...so your rear bank runs hotter.

Due to the difference in the materials, it's very common for a TB spacer over time to leak. Hopefully it's external and not internal. But both happen commonly.

Transmission is always a good bet!

Little more pricy than a TB spacer, but 12-39283723017231232170321 times more better!
