Thanks Bill. I will remember to posst the description on the code but I am sure that I will never get another code.
I double checked the coolant and I plan to keep an eye on it to be sure that it is indeed good. If all checks out and the light stays on I will unplug it until I get a new sensor. I just can't stand to unplug things and leave them. I just like things to work the way they should.
We will wait and see what happens with the service engine soon light after she drives it to school for a few days.
I hate that feeling that you get when you have just fixed a family members car and everytime they leave the house with it you wait for that phone call. Then the phone rings and you think "here we go".
Thanks for the info you have big a big help through this process of getting this car on the road again. She has a new CAT back exhaust on it now and it's running really well. Emissions test passed with flying colors and the car finally has plates!
