Valve job on the heads.
Checked for cracks.
Pressure tested.
$200-300 right there.
Strongly suggest headers.
Another $250.
fluids would be another $100.
Gaskets are at least another hundred. Probably hundred and fifty.

Yep get the heads checked for SURE...I've bought two sets, both ended up being cracked between the valves. You wouldn't want to get it all together and have head problems.
