CNBC, MSN, Fox, CNN, Business Insider etc all agree with me. They are worst in the nation with office vacancy (at least last year). You can also google "worst places to live in the US" and see what you find as well. My guess is that Detroit is commonplace in those lists as well.

Are you talking about the city of Detroit or the Detroit Metro Area? I live in the Detroit Metro area and trust me it's not hurting as much as you would think. There are subs a half a mile from me with a million plus houses. What the list says and what I know to be a fact are too different things, trust me there's a lot of money in real-estate here if you know what your doing. You keep reading about it on the internet and I'll keep doing what I'm doing.
