CNBC, MSN, Fox, CNN, Business Insider etc all agree with me. They are worst in the nation with office vacancy (at least last year). You can also google "worst places to live in the US" and see what you find as well. My guess is that Detroit is commonplace in those lists as well.
But, back on topic, cars are for driving and not investments. My $0.02.
