I installed my YT rollers last night; atleast in the front. We noticed the that back of the rockers were about 3/8 of an inch from the push rod. We even barley, and I mean barley, cranked the motor over a few times and the rocker would not touch the springs/valves. I done some searching and found on Intense's site and found this... I hope to help others if they run into the same problem as I thought I could use stock pushrods. Well you can use them, if they were modded 1.9's, but when you go YT RR's, you need the increased length. I can only find them at intense-racing unless I overlooked them on other websites. Stock length is 7.05" and the ones I apparently need are 7.30".
    • PRL-705 - INTENSE Lightweight Pushrods, 5/16" x .049" X 7.050" set/12 (Stock Pushrod Length)
    • PRO-705 - INTENSE Oil Restricted Pushrods, 5/16" x .083" X 7.050" set/12 (Stock Pushrod Length)
    • PRO-730 - INTENSE Oil Restricted Pushrods, 5/16" x .083 x 7.300" set/12 (Yella Terra Pushrod Length)
    • PRE-705 - INTENSE Extreme Duty Pushrods, 3/8" x .083" X 7.050" set/12 (Stock Pushrod Length)
This is why my stock pushrods were/are to short...I guess. Hope this helps, and her goes another $100.00 smacks!

Yep, Yella Terra rockers come with pushrods for this reason when purchased new.

Pushrods come right out, just make sure they go back into the same hole that they originally came out of. Line them up to keep track of them.

I'm feeling like there's a trick question in here somewhere. You need the pushrods and peds both. Why didn't you install the rods that came with the rockers, if you got them?
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

I didnt get them. I bought used rockers off my local craigslist and all that came with them were the rockers, and pedistals, no push rods. The guy I bought them off of seemigly forgot to tell me that I would need to get them and or they didnt come with my purchase. No trick question of the sort, just trying to head those off that steer away from the $400.00 purchase of the YT's but may be inclined, such as I, to buy used ones; hopefully if they do they wont get schmoozed by someone like I did so they can get the pushrods along with the rockers.
