Well back home this weekend and wrenching with my uncle on his gn and we start talking about the ideas of putting one of his spare engines in my gtp. I was gonna get some input before I let him go mad scientists on my ride but would it fit? Or would this be a bad idea?

RWD drive engine in a transverse engine bay might not work all that well. Honestly I don't think that swap has ever been done.

Yes the swap has been done. It was done in Houston and required extensive work especially converting it to RWD.
