Well considering he's got a L67 motor in it, chances are it's already got a tuned PCM. Quick way to tell is ZZP labels theirs, intense usually throws a sticker on it as well (not sure about the other venders)... or, all the venders have their fans stay on for 10 seconds with the car off after it has reached I think 180* coolant temp

thanks ninny for this lil but of info it prolly dosnt seem like much but at least it reasures me
anyway you guys know if there's anyother diffrance between a stock L32 and a L67?
does the car come stock with sloted rotors?
thanks everyone any thank you bio for you input and this and so many other threads.![]()
L67 is the Series II supercharged motor. L32 is the Series III supercharged motor. You can run the stock L67 tune on an L32.
As for the L36 (series II N/A) and L26 (Series III N/A) They have a much more agressive tune just due to them being n/a. That and the gearing on the trans is quite different from the GTP and GT/SE (2.92 for GTP's and 3.29 for GT's/SE's) Which is why I mentioned that if indeed he did the L67 motor swap he's more than likely (or atleast SHOULD be) running an aftermarket tune.
