Oh...I thought you said your HVAC was fine. I doubt the vac lines behind your dash will have any issues. Inspect the vac lines under your hood. This is the HVAC line on my car..

    It starts here (upper circle)

And ends here...behind the center console on the passenger side.

03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.

@KeithGTP03, @The Guz, @Zef_66 and @TheOtherNick. Thanks guys. I will rip the dash apart this weekend or next depending on my work schedule. I will test my DIC ( Insert comment here ). I will report the findings ASAP.

    thanks again.

My 2000 GP has no power to both the DIC and HVAC control panel...not lighting up with key on. All fuses checked under the hood and dash. I just finished replacing the ignition switch harness about an hour ago. This did not help.

You replaced the harness, not the switch? When my DIC was out and my HVAC quit doing what it was supposed to, it was the ignition switch. The contacts inside the switch build up carbon; its a pain in the ass, but you can take the switch apart and clean the contacts instead of buying a new one. Theres a write up if you do a search.

Ok, I have the DIC ( Driver Information Center ) pulled out.

According to Mikey in this post:
    http://www.grandprixforums.net/bench...dic-31393.html

"Yes, Connect the grey - pink - orange together on a 12+ volt dc supply or car battery. The two blacks are obviously ground, to the negative. I just did this and installed my DIC this past weekend!"

It makes sense EXCEPT for this.

When I actually looked at the wiring harness itself, I labeled the wires:

    A1 A2 A3 A4 A5 A6 A7 A8 A9 A10 A11 A12
    B1 B2 B3 B4 B5 B6 B7 B8 B9 B10 B11 B12

My initial paper write-up, while actually looking at the harness:
A1 = Orange, A12= Grey with black stripe
    B4= Black, B5 = Black, B10 = Pink

My only question here is GREY. I think the grey is A12 but according to the below PIC it says B1 is Grey, which by actually looking at my harness B1 is Brown and or Light Brown.

    Wiring Diagram

[ My Pics of the Harness ]
    A1-A12, A1 Being Orange

B1-B12, B12 Being Brown and or Light Brown... Is the wire just old and or mis-colored?

    Any Thoughts?

Yes, I replaced the switch harness as at one end there is the switch and the other is the harness that plugs into the cars harness. I ended up taking the car into a good electrical shop. They found a corroded wire under the hood where the wire bundle passes through the firewall. All is good now.

I got brave and just tested it using the diagram.

    A1, B1 and B9 to 12v +
B4 and B5 to the ground.

All that lights up is the TCS light, just like it does in the car. It is dead. Time for a new one.

Anyone know where to pick one up? Ebay?

    Thanks,
