heres a link to a post about the wipers not parking, it has a diagram in it , you may need to bend a tab back, in the winter the wipers stay up due to ice under the cowl. http://www.grandprixforums.net/wiper...ion-49500.html
you mirror is dead, you need to get a replacement mirror, or take it off and take it apart and clean the oil film off the mirror and the glass, put it back together and hang it back on the windshield, and be done with it, that's what i did, that way its at least clear when you look into it.
the eq, well that's up to you, how you like it to sound.
