cruise control light????

I have a 98 grand prix gt and was wondering if there is a cruise control light that is supposed to light up when it is set. I could have sworn there used to be a light and I think it just burned out. If anyone could let me know how I would go about replacing the bulb, if there is such a light in the gauge cluster I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks - Matt

Mine doesn't go on in my 07, so either it's supposed to be like that, or something is wrong with both our cars.

I was wondering the same thing, but I have not seen such light in any GM cars I ahve driven, although Ford does have a little symbol that illuminates when the cruise is on.

The G6 tells you when Cruise is engaged, but thats not really relevant

i always thought a little green speedo symbol with an arrow lit up. but maybe i was just imagining it. anyone else have the same concern?

My 99 GTP doesn't light up either, never has but I've never checked to see if there was a bulb that was burnt out or not.

Afaik no there is no indicator light on the 97-03 gps.
