you need more injectors, you shouldnt be retarding any timing. you want to have the timing as high as it can go befor it start to retard some for the knock your creating.

Either you're kidding.
Or you're kidding.
I hope.
A 2.9" on a GenV will require injectors, headers, intercooler and/or E85. No way around this, unless you want to run an unsafe set-up. Most will prefer a cam as well, to go with said mods.
Whatever seems to "work" for you though, works for me I guess.
the lulz are strong with this one.
So your running rich on stock injectors with a 2.9? You must have the polished rotors mod.
hell, if you were making that power with the 3.5, i'd have kept that. curious though, why everything else but no cam?
Or at least rockers
i feel like that's right where you want to be
its feasible. i run a 3.3 with no ic and a 3.25 at the track. takes some work and some tuning and obviously all the right little things to make it work
I know I missed this thread by a couple days, so I don't mean to back up on the time tables and then call BS but last time I checked a LQ4 was a V8 small block.... or did I miss a memo about something else. Is this the key to getting high end torque in a L67 with a Gen V? Seems extensive to me to only allow 250whp...
He's talking about an LQ4 MAF sensor...bruh.
lq4 maf bro
fuuu.... blue won
It's just an external MAF sensor. That's it. You can use it on GenIII car's as well...I'm running a 85mm SLP screenless MAF. It does its yob.
