This might have been hit on already but i didnt find anything. I know there are a few companys out there that work on the 4T65E-HD for the supercharged models but what about for the LS4 model? i know they are diffrent transmissions i would like to get mine Beefed up before i put the cartuneing turbo on it. Anyone know where i could go for this? thanks.

    LS4 is the GXPEEEE?

If so, then yes, most of the same companies also build the LS4 V8 transmissions.

Right, mine is in the Monte Carlo but should be the same. The sites ive seen all say for the 3800 series the trans should be the same-ish but mine has a trans mounted starter is the issue i keep running in to.

A local had TEP build one for him. Loves it. I also heard that Raptor or some other place supposedly builds them.

In reality it's the same basic trans with beefier parts.

Call this number instead. 260-437-8912 Tell Dave I sent you.

If you went with a ZZP trans (which they technically don't build), I'd suggest against having them install it. I know of a few that they "installer errored" on and they transmission have to come back out for various reasons like cross threading flex to torque converter bolts.
