Has anyone ever used an aftermarket muffler for an LT1/LS1 on a 97-03 gtp? My mufflers are both shot and I was thinking I could just replace them with the same single 1 in 2 out that is used on the LT1/LS1's
    Has anyone done this??

just replace the two u have. it wont look right putting a single muffler like on the lt1/ls1 cars. it will hang too low cause of the spare tire relief in the trunk floor

Ron Vogel cut out his spare tire recess and welded it in upside down so he could do that setup...and it sounded like poo.
