Hello all! Yes as you can see I am new here and I am also the proud new owner of a Pontiac Grand Prix!The car will be my daily drive when I'm off to College but there is a problem which I have noticed. I was revving the car and I noticed that at 4,000 RPM there is a "pop" sound coming from the exhausts...Now my car knowledge is very limited so I'm posting this on here just to see what to expect before I take it to the dealership so they don't try and screw with me and make me pay extra for things I don't need. ( I don't know about the United States, but up here in Canada, they do that

Ps. The car has been sitting for quite a while I'd say. In total it's sat in the garage for about 3 years now but it was driven every now and again. If ANYONE could shed some light on this I would GREATLY appreciate it. Also if this is in the wrong forum, I'm sorry, if there is a moderator or anything that could move it that would be great!
