Ok Help I have a 2000 gtp and while driving at times it shut down on me, it would take a few seconds to start. I change the fuel pump and mass air flow sensor and the car still shut down, What can I do.

Sounds like maybe another flaky CPS. Do you have a CEL on?

Well, if you want to be all techni, tekni, well you know then yes it IS a crankshaft position sensor. I stand corrected

Whatever its called I have to put one in the Bonne now, dang it! I better not stick the balancer back on like Bedwards or I'm screwed.

Only reason I got technical is because if they go in for a cps, they'll get a camshaft position sensor.

It was the Cam Position Sensor, CPS? Or the CranK Postiion Sensor, CKPS? Usually it's the cranky postiion sensor. Yes..I've asked that the name include the "y" as they do get cranky...lol
