    I forgot you asked about tapping the phenolic. Here are the results, looks really good.
    1/4" npt drilled and tapped into 1" phenolic.







    You will have to drill a pretty deep hole through the side.

    haha...it's ok. I figured you were busy and forgot or would get back to me later when you had time.

    Thanks for the pics. I'll definitely be hitting you up in the next few months for a intercooler and spacer.

    I'd like to give it a shot...I like being non-conformist and trying new things. If I succeed you might have a lot more business coming your way If I fail, I wasted a few hundred dollars and not much more.

    I did it on my 3/4 inch spacer with no problems. It works great!

    Howdy All:
    Just my two cents worth. Phenolic is a free machining material but very abrasive. Just make sure you use a sharp (new) tap to cut clean threads.
