you need bigger injectors (30% more fuel is necessary) and a tune.
then change your fuel filter a few times after you switch over because its gonna clean out your gas tank and clog it up.

And a quick update. I'm not getting 32 MPG. My dic is way off, but I calculated the mileage in the real-world and I'm still seeing 24-25 MPG on the highway and about 16 in the city. (Not bad at all)
This is just 2-3 MPG less on average than my 93 octane tune. There is no question I am saving big money. The best part about it is that my tune is only giving me around 30* of timing at cruise. I should be able to get closer to 40 or maybe more to help my cruise mileage.
Every time I get more e85 in the tank, the car gets noticeably stronger. The more 93 I flush out of the system, the better the car drives. I'm finally comfortable enough to go WOT, and the car pulls SOOOO hard!
I want to do this but there is no E85 around me
Will do! But first Good news and bad news.
THE BAD: I had some fueling issues when I tuned on 93. My fuel looked good on E85, but now it's becoming inconsistent The problem has come back to haunt me. I've seen up to 2* of KR. It's not a lot, but it shouldn't be there with a cammed/inter-cooled/e85 setup on 19* of timing
THE GOOD: I found the problem, and I have a kinked plastic feed line under the hood. Should be an easy fix, but no more WOT until it's resolved.
It was really nice out today, so I played around in the Old 97 a little bit. Here is a speedo vid of her running on e85 from 50-90 and just for fun, a 0-90 run from a dig with a sub-5 second 0-60

The first vid is on e85 with a very general base tune at 19* of timing on a 2.8 pulley
Second vid is on 93 octane tuned by Ryan C. on a 2.8 pulley. I will have to get a dig vid on e85.
