Just got a set of gauges hooked up and wanted to run these numbers past someone to see if they look about right.

Cold Idle Park or in gear- 70
    Cold Cruising- 75 @ 35mph 75 @ 60mph
Cold WOT- 88 (may be low due to the fact that its raining out and I started to spin the tires and backed out of the throttle)

Hot idle or in gear- 49
    Hot Cruising- 62 @ 35 mph and 60mph
Hot WOT (again, weather limited)- 75

Also, showing 14 volts and a trans temp of 152* with outside temp being 50* after 1 hour of highway driving. With the sensor not in the pan of the trans and only in the pressure port not sure how accurate this is. I plan on welding a bung into the trans pan next time I drop it for service.

Do these readings seem about on par for a 00GT that has around 119K on the motor/trans? Oh, and props to Machinegunsquid for the sweet Autometer gauges/pod. They look/work great!

thats a lot of oil pressure.

    with 0W-20 i'm seeing 65 on startup,

    60 crusing hot.

    65-70 WOT.

    30 hot idle in gear.

Trans temp is difficult, the best reading is what the PCM claims.

Yeah, w/o and Aeroforce the trans temp is an estimate. I think I'll have to take some new readings as it appears my oil gauge had a loose connection and may have been reading wrong, but I know it's not too far off.

As long as the oil pressure isn't over 100 then I'm good. Otherwise I'd have to tear the pressure regulator apart and fix it. I'm using the stock recommended weight for oil. Just good ol dino oil, nothing fancy.

Your readings are about what I'm used to seeing. I have a manual oil pressure gauge (mechanic grade) that I use for trans pressure and oil pressure when testing.

As for the trans temp. That would be in a good trans w/o much slippage. It's right in the area what I would see when my trans was happy.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
