Please get the A/C profesionally evacuated and recharged,do not just pull the lines. And to recharge it will need to be sucked into a vacuum for 30 min then charged so when you take it to get it filled again make sure you tell the shop that you had the system open.

How much does the evacuate/vacuum/recharge service usually run?
