Hi all. Have a 99 Grand Prix. The heater core was bypassed by the previous owner. Obviously a leak or something. I ordered a new one. I was looking where it was bypassed and teh connectors for the old core, I am not sure which hose would go where. Which one is the intake and exit? I've attached we links to my flicker page showing the bypassed hose and teh connectors for the heater core. I couldn't get the photos to embed in my post. Sorry.

JoshGTP - sorry about the pictures not working. Still trying to figure that out here.

I did find other posts describing which hose goes where. I think I am ok for now. Thanks for your reply. S

Skrappi... the coolant line behind the alternator closest to the pass side strut tower goes to the top line on the heater core.which leaves the line closest to the driver side strut tower to go on the bottom line into the heater core

if at all possible bring the car to the parts store and test fit the hose first, the heater core inlet/outlet pipe is much fatter than the outlet/inlet pipes off the engine, it requires a hose that gets fatter at one end for the core inlet.

i wound up test fitting 5 hoses and had to do some trimming to get it to fit right, and at autozone they told me there was no part # for these hoses, but they could just be a bunch of dummy's.
