    When at a stop and starting to accelerate i hear a sloshing sound. Fivefingerdeathpunch said to drain the evap core/ heat box. How would i go about doing this?

    It's very likely air in your coolant lines.

    I had a similar issue in my 98 monte carlo (god bless her written off soul) i lifted the front end of the car with a hoist and bled the cooling system. no more sloshy. if you don't have access to a hoist, ramps or even raising the front end of the car with a jack should do the trick. Just don't forget to use the ebrake

    If the cooling system was low..it would kick on the low coolant light most of the time. There would be spotty heat and the temp gauge should reflect it being low.

    Buy goldfish. If you think you don't need them..check the spare tire area.
