So my wife purchased a 2000 GP GTP. The car has an aftermarket exhaust on it, and wife.com hates it. She wants a stock GT/GTP exhaust. I am having a hard time finding a new or used stock exhaust. A freind who works at a GM dealership can get a stock cat back, but even his price is over $500. Is there a place on line I can get just a stock cat back? My wifes exhaust is going to go on my regal. So I cant just change the mufflers on her current exhaust. I am looking to spend no more than $200. I have checked ebay, and amazon.

    Thank you

I looked into replacing my catback a while ago. Some Thrush turbo muffs and and cheap glasspack should yield a nearly stock sound.
You should be able to get those from Advance Auto for less than $100. Then this replacement Y-pipe for $160.

I doubt you'll be able to find a better deal, unless you buy used.

Im in the process of swapping my wifes 2007 base GP to GT dual exhaust. Im going more for looks rather than sound because its her car (mostly) and she doesnt like loud exhaust. I went to the local junkyard and was able to pick up a catback exhaust complete with resonator and 2 mufflers from a 04 GP for $75.
