Ive been dealing with a stalling problem on my 2000 GP 3.8. Ive been doing process of elemination senareo. I decide to take it and have a scanner hooked up to it. I went to two different shops and at both places there was no reading ( nothing showing ).
They said there was a problem with the hook up on the car. Is this a fused circuit? Does anyone have an idea.

does it just die at random while driving or at a stoplight???

if so that would be your crankshaft postition sensor, they dont throw codes

It is indeed a fused circuit. It's shared with the passenger side cigarette light which is why it's often not working.

Not while driving. it is intermittent hot or cold. Will only idle with foot on the gas.

have you tried messing with the sensor's on the TB yet?

Like unplugging the maf and or the IAC and seeing it will run better?

Without seeing any codes I would guess a large vacuum leak or improper metering of incoming air.
