When my wipers are off, they are parked correctly at the bottom.
But, when they are on intermittent, they pause at the top of the windshield, instead of at the bottom.
    Any ideas or suggestions?

Sounds like the timing/wiper module. I'd start off by trying to check the timing and ensure nothing is loose in the transmission (wiper). Then try and retime them. If that fails..it's likely the module on the motor.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Sorry to necropost, but I'm also having the same issues with the wipers stalling at the top of the windshield while it's on intermittent, but they stop correctly at the full rest position (off). Any helpful info on how I can reset the timing/timing module? The motor is fine and everything is tight, so that's not the issue. Thanks for the help!

I had this issue when i first bought my car. They replaced the Controller Board on the motor and it fixed it.
