    I guess I'll stop trolling and post something relevant. Like previously mentioned, it is a resistor that changes your intake air temps, nothing more. Sometimes they come in a fancy box, sometimes its just wires, but its all essentially crap. Your timing will be advanced slightly, but its not worth it. A legitamate tune from a vendor or using DHP or HPTuners is the only way to go for unleashing lost potential horsepower.
