Sounds like you are trying to say it is leaking from the Upper Intake Plenum (Black piece)....They are made of plastic and are known to warp in the area you are saying the leak it coming from. Not a very expensive replacement, maybe $75 in parts for the Upper Intake and the gasket....Clean your throttle body while you have everything apart. An honest shop would charge you an hour to an hour and a half, it really doesn't take long at all.

^^^ Yes. The plastic plenum will melt around the EGR inlet on the plenum. It happened to me on my old GT and I helped someone I know with a Park Avenue that had the same problem. There is a coolant passage right around this area that gets melted by the heat from the EGR inlet and causes coolant to leak into the intake. You can buy the plenum kit with all the gaskets needed to change it from rockauto.com for about $75 iirc.

Wow you guys are great. I'm gonna tackle this one myself next week. Any tips to make this easier? And I was wondering does that have some torque specs or anything special I need to do?

It's not hard it will take you an hour and a half if it's your first time. Tips would be to remember where the two longer bolts come from (one in the front right, one in the back right if I recall) also to remove the throttle body there will be a bracket in the way preventing you from getting at the bottom bolt. Pry those out of the way, trust me it's fine that's just what you have to do, no way around it....remember where all your plugs come out of, be careful with the injector clips too. Screwdriver works but be gentle. Really not hard, fuel rails snap out after a few tugs once you remove the 4 10mm nuts that hold the rail in place

we have a pick that tends to work well for the injector clips and are gentle on them. see if u can't find a little pick. ours is about the size of an ice pick just curved.
also, go ahead and put new injector o-rings on while u have the fuel rails out.
and if you haven't done LIM gaskets, do them now. you will thank yourself later.

Ok so upon further inspection, it seems to me to be the lower intake gasket. I can see green on the side where they come together. Little anxious about this as I don't wanna fix in my driveway its 8 above zero and falling at 930 am. I'm sure its been gone since before I bought the car how bad is it to let go for maybe another month? My oil is fine, I'm sure its just a crack in the gasket what am I getting into with this?

once you know your way around the engine it'll become much quicker.

I installed my intercooler core and new LIM in 3 hours.
