^^^ Yes. The plastic plenum will melt around the EGR inlet on the plenum. It happened to me on my old GT and I helped someone I know with a Park Avenue that had the same problem. There is a coolant passage right around this area that gets melted by the heat from the EGR inlet and causes coolant to leak into the intake. You can buy the plenum kit with all the gaskets needed to change it from rockauto.com for about $75 iirc.

Wow you guys are great. I'm gonna tackle this one myself next week. Any tips to make this easier? And I was wondering does that have some torque specs or anything special I need to do?

It's not hard it will take you an hour and a half if it's your first time. Tips would be to remember where the two longer bolts come from (one in the front right, one in the back right if I recall) also to remove the throttle body there will be a bracket in the way preventing you from getting at the bottom bolt. Pry those out of the way, trust me it's fine that's just what you have to do, no way around it....remember where all your plugs come out of, be careful with the injector clips too. Screwdriver works but be gentle. Really not hard, fuel rails snap out after a few tugs once you remove the 4 10mm nuts that hold the rail in place
