    Ok i have a wicked exhaust leak a the front manifold/plog. i changed the gasket and tightened the bolts down and i still have a leak. Its really starting to bother me please help.

    we didnt see any cracks. we cleaned it up before we put it back on.

    on a cold engine, start her up, and take some soapy water and spray around the plog to find exactly where your leak, or crack is.

    where the red is on the left is there it cracked. right on the weld. a friend of mine can weld stainless so he is going to try and fix it.

    Do you prefer duct tape and bailing wire instead ?

    And honestly after you get that welded i'd sell it if you can and buy headers. They're so cheap anymore...

    Just take it off and have an exhaust shop weld it for like 20 bucks or something.

    well i don't have $300 to drop on headers at the moment. and i can have my friend do it for free. hey i know a kid that has the exhaust on his truck held on by bailing wire.
