    If you could find a LS1M used(they no longer produce them) that would be the best bang for the buck, as it scans and logs. It would work on any 3800 or ls1 vehicle.

    Check out this GM Enhanced Software . It run great with this obd2 scanner.

    I've been using it for 2 years and you can read ABS, SRS and special powertrain codes.
