    The directions say to tap it in gently. It should fit in the collar snugly. If it is not snug, change the collar. Having a leak at the collar would mean the fluid may not get picked up properly through the filter and or it'll pull air if the fluid sloshes etc.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
