I'm sure there are many of you that have changed the power steering line at the rack? (high side)
I am having a hard time getting to it with a wrench!
    Any suggestions?

Cut the line off then use a socket. The use a midget wrench to tighten the new one.

I use fingers to start, open end 16mm to snug, and line wrench to tighten it down.
    Try a Crows foot.
Make sure you don't overtighten the pressure line to the pump or to the gear. Keep an eye on the o-ring not to loose it.

Don't overfill the pump with fluid.
