Not sure where to put this, so I will try here.

I need some help. I let my daughter drive my beloved 2006 Grand Prix GT. She just got her license. It is too late to take a pic, so I will try with the best of my ability to describe the situation and see if anyone has any ideas.

She called me at 12:30 when she was at a friends house and said she did not feel well and her and a friend were going to come home. She was backing out of her friends driveway. Which is long and straight, and she cut the curve to turn on the road to early and put the rear bumper over a power line. You know how the tall wooden utility poles have the angled wires going to the ground for support? Well, the angled wire is stuck between the rear bumper and the rear tire. If I go forward the bumper is coming off, and if I back the tire over it the wire will be stuck under the middle of the car.

She creased and crackced the rear bumper.

Not sure how she did this. She did ask me not to be mad because her friends parents were not home and she was trying to make good decisions. I left it alone for the night.

Any ideas? I basically need to move the car 8 inches to the left.

Anyoned know where to get a cheap bumper? The worst part is she just got her first pay check from her new job as a hostess at a restaurant and I think I am going to make her pay for this.

Usually you have plastic pins with a few screws securing the bumper. The pins are really simple to remove and can be accessed from below. Hope this helps.
