i got a 03 gtp a few mounths ago. i havent drove it much it was just in the shop for lifters rockers and pushrods. when im driving it makes a noise from the front wheels. expecially when next to another car or a wall or somthing. i jacked it up and spun the wheels it makes a dragging noise. sounds like the noise when im driving just louder because the speed. the car has crossdrilled rotors front and back and the front pads look to have been recently replaced. is this just crappy pads or are the rotors to blame?

Thickness of pads and rotors make a difference. I had a set of ATE rotors and pads. The piston was fully compressed and I had very little space for it to spin freely. Could have also been a sticky caliper piston or slide pins.
