(I'm going to have to store mine for 4 months sometime in the next year and am trying to figure out if I'm going to put it up in the air or not.)
were you the one with the tire dry-rotting issue?

No, my tires are in great shape. Around 12k miles on them and about a year and a half that they've been on the car.

I don't see where you should have any problems. I mean think about it, mine sat for over two years.

Yeah. Should be fine I guess. On a side note, I know how the military is. They're why I'm leaving for four months next year (Guam).

My brother had a tour there for six. He said it was kinda cool. But, I guess it,s all in what you'd be doing there. You in the Navy? Army guy here. Basically all the same if you ask me. Especially since most everything gets contracted out now. Anyways, If ya need anything while your gone, hit me up and I'll see what I can do. And I mean that!

Sorry about that. Sounds like you have a pretty awsome job. I'm a light wheel vehicle mechanic. Go figure HUH! Didn't mean any insult for the Navy bit. I love joking on my brother about it. At one point I was thinking about going Air Force, but everyone I talked to said there was a long waiting list of some kind to get in. Don't know, but here I am doing what I need to do.
