Fixed the problem. I put on the bigger pulley with the stock sized belt (fit no problem BTW), the car was still displaying the same symptoms. I was running out of ideas, so I started checking the plugs to see if they were fouling. The front ones looked fine. I started pulling off the back wires and the #6 wire came uncrimped as I pulled it off! The #2 wire as well.

These are nearly brand new ZZP racing wires, they have less than 2000 miles on them, and the first time I go to pull one off it breaks! Beware of these wires! I didn't twist and pull or anything, I just pulled straight out and the came uncrimped...

I replace all of them with a set Borg Warner wires and the car runs flawlessly now. I'll be getting in touch with ZZP tomorrow about compensation for their faulty product.

I've never had a problem from a plug wire like that before and I've pulled several wires in my time. I should not have had an issue at all considering the short amount of time the wired had even been on there. All of the wires came off with little effort, even the ones where the crimps failed.

One of my ZZP wires uncrimped too, but they were more than happy to replace it for me.

Just got another complete set of ZZP race wires in the mail free of charge. I'll hold onto the other wires in case any of these are bad.

glad to hear your car is doing well. i just had the same issue with mine but the fix was diffrent. no one mentioned this one so I will throw it out there for future referance. My MSD wires looked ok on the outside but they were part of my misfire problem. As far as the supercharger issue mine was doing the same thing. I went from 10psi to 3psi and it sounded the same way you describe yours. i replaced the boost solinoid (the elcetronic part that connects to the Boost Bypass Valve). problem fixed back to 10psi and no sputtering.
