you CPS(crank positon sensor) is bad, its common problem. They pretty easy to replace with the right tools.

or MAF sensor is bad, does your TSC light come on? does it idle rough? do the RPMs drop to 0 suddenly while driving?

no lights come on, no codes given as it just quits running. letting it sit from 3 minutes up to 20 minute it will restart.

no codes means no MAF, so CPS is a possibility, do your hear your fuel pump priming?

when you put the key to ON before you crank then engine you should hear the fuel pump whine comming from the underside of the car...if you dont you may have found your problem

CPS can work and not work randonly so it is hard to tell, if the tach is dropping to 0 suddenly and the TSC light come on thats a sign of the CPS failing
