Hey just joined, my 01 GT (3800 nonSC)with 200,000kms starts then stalls and I have unplugged the MAP and it runs fine, when warm. When cold I have to plug it back in and rev it to 2000rpms and then it will idle up and down and sometimes stall. My moms car is an 05 impala SS with the 3800 SC and I tried the MAP from her car and it did nothing, same part number, what gives.

maybe its the MAF instead of the MAP? i clean the throttlebody and the MAF and see where that takes you
